Confirmation Email and Currency Problem.

Very strange thing that is happening to only my Order Shipped and Partial Shipped email confirmations.

For the pricing display, all templates are set to show "ulc".

Now, for a US customer (base pricing of store is US). They receive Order Confirmation in USD. But, in Order Shipped Confirmation and Partial Order Confirmation, they receive CAD pricing.

If I change the email template to "lc", then I get US Pricing, but Canadian Customers no longer get the CAD pricing in their emails.

Help?

Can someone explain the difference between "C", "lc" and "ulc"?
