Free Shipping - Again

So I know we've all talked about this before. The answer for free shipping was a seperate warehouse. That was great until Google Checkout gave everyone the 'Free Shipping' method no matter what warehouse the item was in.
How can I avoid Google Checkout giving out this method?

Did you mark your free shipping method available to only that special warehouse.

Yes. Only 1 item was assigned to the warehouse. Google Checkout offered it on any item.

I have the very same issue and have not been able to locate a solution with AC or Google. I also offer a 'Digital Shipping' method for those items that are sold and delivered electronically and Google Checkout also gives the customer an option for this as their shipping method.

Supposedly fixed in 7.0.2 - haven't tested it though. Was a known bug.
