Changing Shipping Method

I apologize as I am sure the answer is obvious, but is there a way to change the shipping method after and order has been placed? Such as a customer selected UPS Ground, but has now decided they want it 2nd Day Air.

You can delete it and add a new one I think.

I did try to delete it and add the new shipping method, but it still shows the method the customer originally selected.

Oh yes..I agree it needs to be fixed. AC7 is coming a long nicely but shipping and packaging options really need to be reworked.

Add a new shipment under the shipments, add the new shipment method, click merge under the OLD shipment, it will allow you to merge the order into the NEW shipment.

Then you gotta delete the old shipping cost LINE ITEM from Edit Order Items.

So far this works for me on the visual and cost side, doesn't export the shipping method properly when I do this though.

EDIT: The export part is probably because I don't name the new shipping method in the line item side. Haven't tested this enough to know for sure. but the merging definitely works.
