My store should ship the products from Canada using a UPS account. AbleCommerce has mostly all UPS shipping methods available only from US. UPS Ground shipping is available in Canada.
How can I integrate it into AbleCommerce ?

AbleCommerce's UPS shipping integration already support shipments to and from Canada. If you complete the configuration and select the shipping services you want to offer, it should work fine. We send the data to UPS and they return which services are available to the destination address. Sometimes it helps to go to UPS's website and use the quick cost calculator as a comparison to AbleCommerce. They should be the same.
