Can I display Lists rather than Grids?

Hi all - I'd like the product display page to only show a simple list of the products, rather than a grid with pictures. We have hundreds of parts to sell, but no pictures, so list looks much better.

Using 'Website->'Themes and Display Pages' I can change the Category Display Page to use CategoryList.aspx, and this nicely changes some product pages to a list format - but not all. For example, the 'Product Finder' feature still uses a grid display.

Does anyone know of an easy way to change all product displays to a list format?

You would need to customize each one by taking off the image code and/or changing the number of columns.
