Setting up email accounts

Okay...this is a ridiculous question...but, where do I check my email? Do I go to the control panel...or is there a place to check it on the dashboard that I don't see?

I am trying to set up my email account, so I don't have to keep checking my email with my server. THis looks a little intimidating I must say...

There is no way to check on the dashboard. You can set up something like Outlook if you get the mail settings from your web hoster.
