I am sorry, but I am not quite certain what you mean. What is the URL that you are trying to get the links showing up on?

What you need to do is click on Catalog/Browse in the Admin menu. Find the category that will have your FAQ link below it. Then, add a new category inside of this category (named FAQ). Now, list your FAQ's in this category (in the Description box- use the HTML editor to format it if you would like).

Is the site currently live, or are you working on it to replace an existing site?
