HELP! Having trouble showing the options images ...

Hi,
I have a product with one option that contains maybe 75 different choices. I'm using the drop down list for the option and I want the main product image to change when the user selects the particular option. I have the "show swatches" NOT checked as I don't want 75 swatch images crowding my page. I just want the main image to change to the appropriate option image when the drop down list is changed.

Help! The post I found about this didn't help me at all. So I still don't have it working. I would have thought this would be a built in feature and not something that i have to code.

Hi,
Thanks for the info but that wasn't what I wanted to do! (Actually, I already incorporated that and it worked fine). I'm trying to show the variant image on the Product Page as they click the drop down image to select the variant. I want then to be able to see the variant image right away before choosing to add it to their basket.

If anyone can help that would be awesome!!

Thanks for that second post, but it was the code that I tried that I couldn't get to work. I wondered if someone else could post their code for getting it to work.
