Hi,
We have a call center that does sales for us, and we want a way to track all their sales. How can this be done with Ablecommerce? We want them to add the orders through the administration although I do realize there is the affiliate link they can follow and add customer information through the front end.. but this is not helpful for ease of use.

Maybe have them tell the person over the phone to insert a code at checkout? Can track the sales by coupon?

Some time ago I made a similar modification for a client. All I did was modify the back-end order entry function to allow the affiliate code to be set during order entry. Then an affiliate was created for the call center and all call center staff were trained to set the affiliate if they wanted to get credit for the order.
Customer wasn't using affiliates for anything else, so this worked out well for everyone. Client built their own reports to track sales by affiliate so call center workload could be calculated.
The change required custom programming but only took like an hour or two to discuss, write and test it.
