Need Programmers for Skinning Custom Sites

I am looking for a programmer(s) to assists with some overflow work for skinning AbleCommerce sites.You would be provided with Photoshop PSD files for conversion into Able themes. Some custom programming (like rearranging the components of a standard page layout) may apply. Please send your qualifications, and links to sites you have done to ali@acadiacreative.com.
