store URL

My store URL redirects to a test page, not the actual homepage. This happens too when I try to access the Password help page. I'm not a developer so I really don't know how to fix this. Any help would be most appreciated.

Are you running on a live demo license or live license?
If live license, are you accessing you store from the same domain you have got license for?
Have you done any customizations to your store?
What is the test page that it redirects to? When, how and who created that test page?
Are home page and password help page the only pages redirecting wrongly to the test page?
