How To create this variant format

Hi,
We are going to add a food product line which frequently has options for more than one size packaging, such as 8oz, 1lb, Full Case.. that sort of thing. Looking at Able's featured sites we found a site that we really like how they present this type of information. Here is an image of the layout.


Our questions are:
Does it look like each item (qty 4, 6, 12) is a variant? Or are those individual items.
We'd like some guidance on how to implement this layout.

It looks like Able's BuyProductDialogOptionList display. Like here:

You just use that conlib instead of the BuyProductDialog
