Am I crazy, or did the layout of the checkout pages change?

Specifically, the Choose Shipping page (the "Continue" is now so far down the page you can't see it without scrolling. That seems new.
And on the Payment page, the Coupon code field, formerly on the left is now on the right.

With the Continue button so far downscreen, I really feel like I am losing sales.
