Where are <body></body> tags located?

Hi,

I need to add a CSS wrapper around every page globally, just after <body> and before </body> tags. I am unable to located files were they can be found, please help.

In the root Directory, look for a folder called "Layouts"
If you look at the Scriplet.Master file, is what builds your scriplet based pages. You can place your wrap after the <body> tag and before the </body> tag. If you also want to do this on your home page you have to edit the Scriplethome.master.

I am 99.9% confident in this but if this is not exactly what you need let me know. Also if anyone sees that this is wrong. please let me know.
