CSS for Admin Orders Referrer Link

A customer pointed out that in IE certain "Referrer" links are blowing out the page to the right. IE9 and IE8 have this issue, it behaves correctly in IE7, FF and Chrome.
The usual white-space, solutions don't seem to work.
Has anyone seen this and/or can suggest a fix? Again, it is only a problem with certain long URLs with no natural breaks in them it seems.
