Add a Link to Home page

Hello folks
Does anyone have a clue on how to change or add customized buttons on the top navigation
What i need is to edit the actual URL of the Home Link that actually goes to ~Default.aspx and it takes you to the main page of the Shopping Cart, i need it linked to the main website home page
Home / Product Finder / Advanced Search / Contact Us
And add a couple of links to this Navigation
