Will tracking numbers be emailable in the 7.0?

Tracking numbers in emails?

Hi,

Will tracking numbers be emailable in the 7.0? It would be nice for an email to trigger sending tracking number and a link to the shipping service to track their order. 5.5 does not allow us to do this (that I am aware of anyway).

Hello Mo,

Yes there is an email trigger that will allow for this. The new NVelocity system exposes the entire AbleCommerce API, so there will be no limits on the variables available in the email templates.
