Checkout page changes from Beta 2 to RC1

Were there any functional changes to the one-page checkout and confirmation pages from Beta 2 to RC1 (order of controls, when info gets submitted, etc.).

I'm in the middle of designing the look and feel of the one-page checkout screen and don't have time right now to apply the upgrade.

Hello Will,

There were a number of bugs fixed in the one page checkout. You really need to update this file.
