I am trying to find out how to add a hyperlink to either the Merchant Admin header or preferably a menu option with a hyperlink. The hyperlink will call a url on our server. I only want this on the Admin. Any ideas?

You can manually edit Website/Admin/UserControls/AdminHeader.ascx and add the link where you find appropriate.
