Ability to ship products using different shipping methods

It sure would be nice if I could choose shipping methods on a product basis rater than warehouse. I have items from the same vendor and warehouse where some of them can go UPS and others need to go freight only

So I am back today to add another request for this. We have certain products, which because of their value if lost, must be mailed in their smallest qty via a method that has tracking. We would like to be able to force these handful of products into a USPS Small Flat rate box up to a certain weight or QTY and after that or when combined with others products could go UPS ground or USPS Package. What we need to avoid on this small but costly product is being eligible by wt for First Class mail - which they currently would be in the warehouse they are assigned to. When we create a separate warehouse for them then guests get way overcharged for shipping if they order them with other products which would be common. We need a better solution for this dilemma.
