  • Make Required Field Validation out of the box - make it easy to select which fields are requried.
  • Go one better and let user add 1 or more .NET validators to each field along with their basic parameters.
  • Add a Render Field checkbox for each field. The current required field validation customization need special coding in two places to prevent it from appearing to the customer. A customization I'm making uses two merchant fields that should not be rendered. So I have to modify ProductCustomFieldsDialog as well.
