Localhost Demo License

It would be handy to have a demo license that worked for any localhost website. This would be great for any developer who needed to build / debug a website locally.

If you don't need to get full checkout information, you can set demoMode="true" in the top line of the App_Data/ablecommerce.config file and you can use any license.
Also, I recently got my developer license set up for localhost instead of the ip address like it was because my ip address changes and with localhost, it doesn't show order info as DEMO,DEMO
