Miscellaneous OrderItemType

At times, we must add certain things to orders that are not defined products or charges. It would be nice if there was a Miscellaneous order item type for these things.

We have always included OrderItemType.Charge and OrderItemType.Credit as the generic types for a charge or credit that has no other more defined type. Will one of these work for your situation?
