It would be helpful, especially when working with an option list that has a lot of choices, to have a move to top, move to bottom or perhaps even a move up 10 or move down 10 (or something similar) to allow for quicker sorting of the option choices.
Specifically for us, being able to sort the option choice lists similar to sorting categories (by A-Z, numerical, etc.) would be great and even greater would be the ability to establish custom sort orders for things like Kid's sizing which runs 10,11,12,13,1,2,3 ...
Anyway, a couple more suggestions there that would benefit more than just be, I would think.
