Inventory Qty Displayed when stock is low

I suggest a small improvement to the way the stock level is displayed when stock is low. The display of "In Stock" could be easily changed when the stock level gets low based on the order point field entry. For instance:
Stock level is 5, order point is 4, display = "In stock"
Stock level is <=4, order point is 4, display = "Only 4 In Stock, Order Now!" or something similar that coveys urgency to the customer.
