All customer-entered email addresses need a 2nd confirmation field. Hassle for them to re-type, bigger hassle when every confirmation email fails and you gotta call 'em on the phone.

Registration, ordering etc.

Also be useful if they can change their on-file email address. Not sure if this is already in there.
