Edit Category Visibility

It would be nice to have the edit category visibility default to the second choice-- change this category only instead of it and everything under it.
I was in a hurry and left the default, then had to go back and fix everything. My mistake, but I changed the default on our site so someone else would have to stop and think before clicking Save.
