Any plans to include serial number options in the future?

The bulk of what we sell is custom made in our shop. Each item is unique and has what would be considered a serial number. (They do fall under standard model categories though.) Customers order with a specific serial number.

I could use this, though I see how it could be difficult to implement. We sell products that have slight variations. It would be great to list each serial number (with images) available for a specific SKU and allow the customer to choose the exact item they will receive.
