Search by Custom Payment Status

We would like more flexibility in our search abilities. Specifically, we need to add a custom payment type("Net30") to orders(which requires source modding) So that we can search for all users who have TERMS with us easily in the order manager.
As a feature, we request the ability to modify payment types (paid unpaid, etc), and search order based on the type.
