change shipping method/edit shipments

I would like to see a way to change the shipment method.

I would also like to be able to edit the tracking numbers or delete a shipment once it has been marked as shipped.

Are these code changes you post all the time going to get added ito the next version or are we going to need to keep a long list of changes we need to make after each upgrade?

I think I already made a post asking for a calcuator for changing a shipping method after it has been placed. We have some 100+ item orders and CSR's get angry with me. They have to add everything back into their cart and figure out shipping.
