Well it seems I'm in a writing mood this week. Perhaps it's the 12" of snow here in Indiana and the fact my little beemer got stuck twice last night going to the store. Rear-wheel drive and a 5-speed don't mix well with a foot of snow

here's a blog I wrote on disputing chargebacks and how the entire credit card system is designed to favor the banks. The online merchant ultimately holds-the-bag for financial responsibility on all charges accepted through an online storefront.
