Any available Localized code?

Hi,
While trying to choose a .NET based shopping cart software, AbleCommerce is the first on the list regarding features, but the ability to localize the storefront and admin pages is a high priority requirement. I've seen several posts regarding translating AbleCommerce or converting it to Multilanguage, but I haven't seen a full solution yet and I can't afford trying it and failing.
Has anyone successfully developed a multilanguage store with AbleCommerce? I'd like to listen to your experiences and I'm willing to buy the solution for a reasonable price.
