For the languages in which text flows from right to left like Arabic you need text boxes, layout etc in right to left fashion , This could be easily done by just using the direction property of CSS.
For example if you want all textbox with txtinput class to be right justified then it will be something like

.txtinput
{
...............
...............
direction:rtl;
...............
}
