Hi,
I am trying to upload products using data port 7.0.34.0. I have 7.1 AC with a build 10875. I have done the correct mapping. My fields are Name, SKU, and Retail price. The error message says the "name" is missing from one of the columns in my CSV file? I started with a deliminated text file which I changed to a CSV file in Excel. When I do the import no products are imported. Can anyone help me?

Try putting a test product into the store and downloading products via the dataport. That way you will make sure your headings are correct. Here is info about the dataport on the Able wiki:

If you are just starting the site, it would be a good idea to switch to Able 7.0.2 before you get any farther. It is build 11659 and has features that 10875 didn't have.

I have figured out how not to get the error message about the name column. I changed my column heading names in excel to match the AC fields and used the default template for mapping. The only error message I am getting now is the data import 7.0.34.0 does not match the AC 7.1 build 10875. When I am done importing it says succesful upload but 0 records have been imported.

I'm not sure there is a dataport version for 7.0. The newest one works with 7.0.2 and .34 works with Able build 10863 and back.
