Dataport triggering emails

Dataport triggering emails
Is there any way using the latest dataport to import a store from an older version into 7.0.2 would have triggered emails to customers? This was for orders as far back as July.

Quick solution is to Just disable the email SMTP settings before importing.
You can re-enable the settings when import finished.

Yes, we will do that. But should the dataport even be triggering this? It was either that or because half the orders imported incorrectly, I was deleting them 100 at a time and that might have been what did it. I didn't think about that when I posted this question earlier.
