Can't connect dataport to test after test license key

I'm trying to connect Dataport 7.0.2 to a remote TEST server (shared hosting). This worked the last time (about 2 weeks ago) I tried it.
I have verified my user name and password on the admin login and both work. The only change was the installation of a TEST license key.
If I access the site via a browser window, I get the detailed error information below. Mike Randolph suggested this was an access error but
the rest of the store works fine so I'm not sure what access rights I would need to change. To quote him, "... it looks like the files are not
located in a place where they have access to the /bin directory."

Any ideas on what the problem is?

This seems to be an access error. Please make sure that you have uploaded the correct API dll file (CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.dll) to Website/Bin directory. And also make sure that there is only one instance of API dll file in bin directory. Some time it happens that during uploading a file the old file is re-named and this way 2 or more instances of same file may cause these type of issues.

If every thing is OK then try to remove the existing (CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.dll) file and re-upload to the Bin directory.

Thank you Naveed. That was the problem. CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.dll was only partially uploaded to the server. Replacing it did the trick.
