Product CSV Upload Problems

Hi, AC newbie here.
I am trying to use the CSV Product Data Upload feature in Dataport 7.02.
When I upload the file after updating with Notepad, saved as "All Files" it updates fine. Unfortunately, I can't edit the exact data I need to with Notepad. So, I need to edit in OpenOffice.
I change the "ThumbnailsURL" column and save as UTF-8, comma and " delimited. I upload, and nothing updates!!! I have removed all the special characters as far as I know, and still no luck. Any suggestions?

When you upload is there any error registered?
Also, please review your final modified CSV data to have any syntax, formatting errors in it.
