Looking to Hire Someone to Edit CSV file import produts

I'm starting a new store 7.0.3 and need to import 9K + products all coming from the same warehouse. I have a TXT or XLS file that I need converted to CVS to import. The file has categories and sub categories of which I'd want them to remain the same. There is also 10 custom fields that would be part of the descritpion.
