Disaster Recovery CFMX5.5 Data only and new server to 7.0

My server has died a horrible death however I have a full backup of CFMX 5.5 Build 1361, MySQL4.1 DB.
However..

I now sit here with a CFMX5.5 Backup and i have restored it to MySQL4.1 And it is intact on a new server.

My goal is to be on 7.0 and i have the license.
Can someone guide me through the process of getting live again?
Do i have to rebuild the CFMX server? Or can I do this on a DB level and use a MySQL/MSSQL migration tool?

Please someone break down the absolute requirements, and guide me towards a path of restoration. This seems very overwhelming for me. Though I can do what needs to be done and have all versions of software needed to do all possible solutions.

Please advise.

I don't think that there is any MySQL/MSSQL migration tool available to help you in this particular situation. Also as you want to move from AC55 to AC7, so you will need a working server to export your AC55 data in XML format. This data can then be imported to AC7 using DataPort tool.
