Error Message when loading .CSV

When I try to load a specific .CSV, I get the following error message:An Item with the same key has already been added. I don't see any errors in the .csv, and I've tried restarting the program and computer. It's only on the attached file that i get this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You got column descripton twice in your CSV. Remove extra column entry and it will be OK.
