User address fields not importing 7.0.3.1

I'm trying to use Dataport 7.0.3.1 to import user address information into a 7.0.3 storefront.
Passwords are updating, but address information does not update even though columns are matched up correctly. Anyone successfully done this?
The only catch I know is the user data is already in the store - Dataport is updating everything so nothing *new* gets created. Perhaps a bug?
