Prod Variant seems to work but I get an error message

I am testing the product variant upload for a new store. The upload seems to work from looking at the data in the store (admin browse catalog) but I get an error message from dataport.
Here is a sample:
ERRORS:
Variant not found, invalid variant name specified, VariantName:MAIN BEARING SET .030 from KC5001 GT6 Options:Main
Bearing Options:MAIN BEARING SET STD up to KC5000 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET .010 up to KC5000 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET .020 up
to KC5000 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET .030 up to KC5000 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET STD from KC5001 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET .010 from
KC5001 GT6,MAIN BEARING SET .020 from KC5001 GT6 , ProductId:350, Product Name:96) MAIN BEARING SET
The full message is attached. Should I just disregard the error message?
