Import custom fields from Able 5 store to 7.0.4

I just did an import from an Able 5 store into a new 7.0.4 store- both on my computer for development and on a server for the to be live site.
There were quite a few custom fields and the data got transferred to templates OK, but there are no entries in the ac_ProductProductTemplates table and the input values are showing up on the product page, but when I click to edit them in the admin, they aren't there- it doesn't show a template assigned. If I add a template to a new product or an old one, then it shows up to edit the contents and there is an entry created in the ac-ProductProductsTemplates table.

Judy Estep, can you please share a small working data sample, which I can use to reproduce the issue?

I can do that if you pm your email address to me. I don't have time to filter the data, but it doesn't have orders or users in it so it isn't too gigantic. I've also included the mapid text that it created.
