Issue when downloading product data
I'm using Dataport 7.4.188 and when I try to export product data, it gets to the end of the export and then errors out. I'm really not sure what this error means? Please see the included screen shot.

It seems there is a problem with the product data, there are some special characters which can raise such exception.
Please follow the following steps to identify the product having malicious characters:
1. From "DataPort -> Options -> Settings" screen set the chunk size to 1.
2. Now download the products and it will download products 1 by 1 and you will be able to identify the product at which the error is occurring.
3. Review that particular product data specially name, descriptions etc. from web interface and remove any special characters like boxes etc.
4. Re-Download and check if the issue is fixed.
