Dataport upload no product available

I am trying to upload products using DataPort 7.4 from a csv file. I have delimitted it with a | and text with "" and keep getting an error "No Product available for Import(upload). I saw in other posts if the last column had limited or no data that the Dataport would reject this, however, in fully populating the last column I get the same error. I have attached the CSV I am trying to upload. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your CSV file is in proper format as required by the dataport.

I believe i have the correct format. I am trying to load a larger HTML formatted string in the description field which I am not sure if that impacts things or not.

Using DataPort set the Chunk Size to 1 from "Options -> Setting" screen. And then retry the upload, I will then try to import 1 product at a time and you will be able to identify which CSV record (product record) having syntax issues.
