Data Port Has Stoped Wroking

Thanks Mike. That worked great. Do you know anything about the XML error that I'm getting?

I'm not sure if it's IP related. All the pc's in the office are having the same error, no matter the operating system.

When I try to download my store data to a file, I get the following error:

There is an error in XML document (0, 0).

I have updated the DataPort and have run into the same problem as everyone else in the forum. However, I do not find any answers, or answers that work - and I have tried all recommendations found in Forum

Is there a solution for the DataPort Not working problem yet? And if not, how can up update the site? I have approx 1,500 updates per day, and I am now a week behind. I must have a solution.
