Downloading orders in csv format
I'm trying to use the dataport to export order information including items and credit card data in .csv format. I can do it in xml version, but our database system requires .csv. I have tried to make manual mappings for csv export, but that did not work. It there a way to manually map and export in csv?

The nice thing about the XML structure is that it is easy to deal with the order / orderitem relationship. That is, an order can have many order items (products, taxes, shipping, etc).
Are you trying to just download the basic order data (order number, total charge, tax, shipping, etc) or the order data and order items? If you are looking for the order items, how would you expect this to appear? Would you have additional columns for each product in an order?
Do you have more details on what your ideal CSV format would be?
