Error when using Customised Products Download

If I select Customized Product Download - Select All Products - Select Products CSV or XML - Use Default Template - Click on Download
I get the following error "Invalid Response From Server. Could not Deserialize" - Have just set up hosted demo account and wanted to download the csv format so I could bulk upload some products to test out the service.
The hosted demo store is version 7.0.3 and DataPort is version 7.6
Any ideas??
