AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I've not used the DataPort before today but received the following error message when trying to download a product list:

INVALID RESPONSE FROM SERVER. COULD NOT DESERIALIZE.

Can anyone shine some light on this one for me?

I just got this problem now too.

Anyone know how to fix this? thanks
