If I did an user and order export from a 5.5 and imported into a 7.x back in Jan, and now If I wanted to get user and order data from 5.5 from Jan to July how could I do that? Can I do another store export and import without it overwriting my previous import?

I believe you can select the option to only add new data. But if anyone has changed password, etc after you did the first import on the old site it will be wrong on the new site when the new site goes live. It might change the numbering also. Usually what I do is re-import all the users, unless there have been changes to them on the new site, and then import only new orders that aren't on the new site. You can filter by making a copy of the Able 5 database, deleting the orders that are already in the new site and then creating the import file. Or you can change the export page in the Able 5 admin to start with a particular number if you have used that page to generate your export file.
